4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
To provide the Service, some data is processed by external providers acting as data processors. In each case, only the strictly necessary information is shared:
-
Artificial intelligence provider (interpretation of the calculations): To draft the report's interpretation, only the numerical values resulting from the calculations are sent. The name, complete date of birth, email address, or any other data that could identify the User is never sent to this provider. The system's design guarantees this separation structurally.
-
Email provider: To send the report, the invoice, and account communications, the User's email address and the content of the message are shared, which includes the numerology report and the User's name contained therein.
-
Payment processors: To process payments, the data necessary for the operation is shared with the corresponding processor (which may include the email address, the identity document number when regulations require it, the amount, and the order identifier). The processing of card data occurs entirely within the secure environment of the payment processor; our system never accesses it.
-
Infrastructure and database provider: Data is stored on the servers of an infrastructure provider that guarantees adequate security measures.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer the User's personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
5. DATA RETENTION
Personal data is retained while the User's account remains active and the data is necessary for the purposes described.
The User may request the deletion of their account at any time (see Section 6). However, data related to invoicing and commercial transactions will be retained for the period required by legal, tax, and accounting obligations, even after the deletion of the account, as required by applicable regulations.
6. USER RIGHTS
In accordance with Law No. 25,326, the User has the right to access, rectify, update, and delete their personal data. In particular:
- Access and rectification: The User may access the data they entered, and before generating each report, the system shows a preview so that the User can confirm that their data is correct.
- Account deletion: The User may delete their account from the platform.
IMPORTANT — Effects of account deletion: Upon deleting the account, the User's personal data and all generated numerology reports will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. This action cannot be undone, and deleted reports cannot be recovered or claimed afterward. As an exception, invoicing data will be retained for the corresponding legal period, as indicated in Section 5.
The data subject has the right to exercise their right of access to their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), the Controlling Body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to address complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
To exercise these rights or make inquiries about the processing of their data, the User may contact the email address indicated in Section 1.
7. DATA SECURITY
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the User's personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, and sensitive payment data is processed exclusively by the payment processors in their secure environments.
